Some crazy woman asked me if I knew where DHS building is so she can file restraining order against her rich ex that's trying to kill her.
She seemed quite frustrated that she couldn't find the building that would save her life. O told her I had no idea where the Yamhill Marketplace building is. I wished her good luck.
