Sponsorship Opportunity for HUGE LGBT Non-profit Info Fair on 10/3

 LGBT Non-profit information Fair - Oct 3rd

On October 3^rd from 1 to 5 pm, the Portland Gay Men’s Chorus will be hosting an LGBT information fair on Pioneer Courthouse Square and providing a free concert from 3 pm to 4:30pm to kick off it’s 30^th Season and to act as a drawing card.  This information fair is about non-profit activities that people in the Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Transgender community can get involved in.  The tie-in here is that October 11^th is National Coming Out Day.  We are hoping to provide information for people who are considering “coming out”, newly “out”, new to town, or just looking to expand their horizons about healthy activities they can get involved in within the LGBT community.

 

Many organizations will be gathered into “theme tents” such as:

We will also have individual tents for various Information Sources and for Health Resources  There will be a tent for Multnomah County Health Dept., Cascade Aids :Project, PABA, the Q Center and the Gay/Lesbian Yellow Pages,  The Mayor’s Office for the City of Portland, Just Out, El Hispanic News (tentatively), and id Magazine.
